Wellness, Peptides & Telehealth website
Paragon Peptides A research peptide store built inside the FDA's rules, so the owners don't have to police it themselves.
Paragon Peptides supplies peptide reference materials for laboratory research. In this category the website is the compliance risk: FDA judges what a seller intends by the overall impression of the whole site, not by one disclaimer. So we built the store so that every page, product and button says the same thing, research materials for qualified researchers, and nothing says otherwise.

- A plain disclaimer and an FDA statement before anyone reaches the catalog

Compliance
The FDA rules we work around, so you don't have to
In August 2026 FDA sent warning letters to direct-to-consumer peptide sellers and said a Research Use Only label gave them no protection. What it looked at was everything else on the site: benefit claims, dosing calculators, and reconstitution supplies sold alongside the vials. That is the part we handle, on every page and every update.
One message on every page
Research materials for qualified researchers, from the gate to the footer. FDA reads the net impression of the whole site, so no page is allowed to say something else.
No human-use language anywhere
Copy talks about purity, testing, storage and handling. Never dosing, benefits, results or before-and-after.
No dosing or reconstitution tools
FDA cited dosing calculators and reconstitution supplies as proof a seller meant its peptides for people. We don't build them, and we flag them when a client asks.
A real gate, not a pop-up
The store is behind a researcher account with 21+ confirmation and the research-only terms agreed at sign-up, and approval can require proof of research affiliation.
Statements where they count
The FDA statement sits in the hero, a full disclaimer sits before the catalog, and the gate says no claims are made about safety or efficacy.
Testing as the proof
Third-party testing is what the brand leads with, because it is the claim a research supplier can actually make.
Checkout you choose
Shopify does not allow peptides, so the store runs on WooCommerce with the payment processor the owners pick.
Ads, tags and email checked too
Google and Meta prohibit research peptide ads, and carriers block texts that name a product. We plan the marketing around all of it.

This is how we build and is not legal advice. Every launch should be reviewed by the client's own counsel.
