Free tool · Peptide Compliance Checker
Is your peptide site safe?: See what the FDA would flag, before they do.
Enter your website and get a private report in about a minute: a score, every sentence that creates risk with the FDA, the FTC, your payment processor or ad platforms, and wording you can paste in to fix it. Checked against rules we research every week.
What it checks
The six things that get peptide brands shut down.
Each finding in your report quotes the words on your page, says which rule they break and links to where that rule is published.
01Disease and treatment claims
Words like treats, heals, cures or "for recovery" turn a research product into an unapproved drug in the FDA's eyes.
02Dosing and protocols
The FDA's August 2026 peptide warning letters cited dosing calculators and reconstitution supplies as proof a product was meant for people.
03Human use implied
Injection how-tos, weight loss and anti-aging language, and lifestyle photos say the product is for people.
04Research use only statements
Missing, buried or contradicted RUO wording, on product pages, in the footer and at checkout.
05Testimonials and results
Reviews about how someone felt, before and after photos and unproven results, which the FTC treats as claims.
06Payment and ad wording
Phrases that get a processor account closed or an ad account banned, from the platforms' own policies.
Peptide compliance checker FAQs
Is this legal advice?
No. It is an automated risk check of your public pages against published rules, with a link to each rule's source. It tells you what to look at and suggests wording, but it cannot promise you are compliant. Have anything critical reviewed by an attorney who works with FDA-regulated products.
Where do the rules come from, and how current are they?
From the sources that enforce them: the FDA and its warning letters, the FTC, payment processors and ad platforms. We research them every week for the peptide brands we market, and the checker uses that same library, so a scan always runs against the latest version. Your report shows the date it was last updated.
Is my report shared or published?
No. It is not saved on our website and there is no link to it. It shows on this page in your browser, it is emailed to you, and you can print it or save it as a PDF. It only reaches us if you choose to send it with "Ask us to fix it".
Which pages does it check?
Up to eight public pages, chosen the way a reviewer would: your home page, product pages, the shop, about, FAQs and your policy or research use pages. Pages behind a login or age gate cannot be read, and the report says so when it finds one. We can review those with you.
Why can my score change if I run it again?
The review is done by AI, so a borderline sentence may be rated critical on one run and high on the next, and the score moves with it. The sentences it quotes stay much the same. Work from the list of what to change, not the number.
What does it cost?
The check is free. If you want help fixing what it finds, ask Jeff from your report: he will reply with what we would change and what it would cost, or see the peptide marketing packages.
Does it change anything on my site?
No. It reads your pages the way a visitor's browser would, and nothing else.
Launch a peptide brand that stays open.
A store, search pages, email and follow-up built inside the FDA, FTC and platform rules from day one. Tell us about your brand and we reply, usually the same business day.
