Live streaming & event production: Reach everyone who could not make the room, and sell the next event while this one is still running.
A stream that looks like television brings in the people who could not travel, puts your sponsors in front of more viewers, and turns one event into the content that sells the next one. You pay only for what your event needs.
From our 2026 showreel: the control room at work while the audience is on its feet. See all our work.
As a full-time professional speaker who has teamed up with many production companies, I am THRILLED when I learn a planner I’m partnering with has contracted The Studio Creative. I can attest to every word of this video - this is exactly the way they show up!
01Why it pays
A stream that pays you back.
You pay for the stream once. The return comes back in tickets, sponsors, leads and content for the rest of the year, which is why we plan every stream around what it has to earn, not just what it has to show.

06Questions
FAQs
Is a live stream worth the cost?
It is when it earns something back, and most of the return comes from four places: virtual or pay-per-view tickets from people who could not travel, sponsor packages that reach more viewers, footage that sells next year's event, and the leads a registration page collects. Our estimator prices the cost side in seconds, and a producer can help you weigh the rest for your event.
What events do you live stream?
Conferences, keynotes, leadership summits, corporate town halls, panels, award shows, performances, hybrid events, and sports programs, including pro wrestling, where we are the premier live event partner for promotions across Michigan. Packages run from a single-camera keynote stream to a full multi-camera broadcast with graphics and remote presenters.
Do you stream pro wrestling and other sports?
Yes. We produce live pro wrestling and sports programs with ringside and hard-cam coverage, match graphics, entrance packages, and multi-platform or pay-per-view distribution, then cut the promos and highlight packages that sell the next show.
Do we have to take the full package?
No. Every stream is built from options: start with a single-camera or multi-camera broadcast, then add hybrid presenters, a graphics package, multi-platform distribution, highlights, an on-demand library, or the full content system only if the event needs it.
What does the venue need to provide?
Six things, and we send the list well before the day. A hard-wired internet line at the production table, tested for upload speed in the room (plan on at least double the stream's bitrate, about 10 to 15 Mbps up for one 1080p stream; venue Wi-Fi shared with the audience is not a plan, and we bring bonded cellular as the backup). Two dedicated power circuits and a six to eight foot table with a clear sightline to the stage, usually back of the room, centered. The run of show with speaker names and titles, which become the lower thirds. Slides and playback files a day ahead, so the stream shows the slide cleanly. A decision on where it streams and who can watch: public, unlisted or ticketed. And rights: music you own or license for streaming, and speaker agreements that cover recording and posting.
Where in Michigan do you work?
We're based in Grand Blanc and produce across the state: Detroit, Flint, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and everywhere between. We also produce in Central Florida.
Can you stream to multiple platforms at once?
Yes: simultaneous streaming to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zoom, pay-per-view, and private event platforms, with branded overlays, lower thirds, and sponsor graphics.
What happens to the footage after the stream?
That's where we're different. Every stream is captured broadcast-clean, then cut into keynote highlights, speaker reels, match recaps, and social clips, feeding your content pipeline for months and strengthening next year's sponsor packages.
Do you handle hybrid events with remote speakers?
Yes: we integrate remote presenters, run program feeds to in-room screens, and deliver one seamless broadcast to both audiences.
